Who we are

FC ALPHA LTD (company number 15948259, registered in England and Wales) runs FC Alpha and this website. Contact: fcalphaltd@gmail.com.

What this website collects

The website has no accounts and no tracking. The booking form, the shop order and the coach form only open WhatsApp with a message you can read before sending.

The academy registration form sends your answers (parent and child details, date of birth, health information, emergency contact, photo consent and acceptance of the club terms) to the club's registration form in Google Forms. Google stores them on the club's behalf, and the club uses them only to look after your child at the academy. The website itself keeps no copy. To see, correct or delete your answers, contact the club.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Information you send us

When you message, call or email us, we use your details only to reply and to organise your child's sessions. For children who join, we keep the contact and medical details we need to keep them safe during training.

Photographs

We publish group and training photos only, with parental consent, and never a child's full name. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Welfare Officer.

How long we keep it

Only as long as your child or you are involved with the club, and then as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to fcalphaltd@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
