Our oldest academy group trains like a team preparing for the full-size game: 9-a-side football, fitness work and the tactical habits they will need at 11-a-side.

The FA recommends 9v9 for Under 11 and Under 12, with 11-a-side starting at Under 13. Our sessions bridge that step: wider pitches, longer passes and more tactical work.
You will see speed work with resistance parachutes, pressing drills and small-sided games played at a high tempo. Goalkeepers get their own coaching on handling, positioning and distribution.
Players who want more can book one-to-one sessions with a coach to work on a specific part of their game.
